Just solved the problem! I just needed to using the correct node type. Should have asked sooner.
iot_maker: This might be a silly question, but can you run it offline? I'm trying to automations and worried about cloud dependency.

Totally agree — I had the same issue and solved it by updating the driver. Took me a while to locate that parameter.
